Chief Financial Officer: Direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets and reports required by regulatory agencies;
Delegate authority for the receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments; Monitor financial activities and details to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met; develop and maintain relationships with banking and insurance companies. 

Education/Experience Requirements:
• BS/BA in Business or Finance
• 5 years of progressive experience
